Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Velnoriadress. Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days after confirmed delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in resalable condition.
• Original tags, hygiene seals and packaging must remain intact where supplied.
• Proof of purchase and prior return authorization are required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear without an intact hygiene seal, earrings, cosmetics and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale are also excluded where permitted by law.

How to Request a Return

Email office@velnoriadress.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Do not send an item to the registered office or to the parcel's original sender without return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return postage is normally paid by the customer. If an item is confirmed as incorrect, damaged or defective on arrival, we will provide an appropriate resolution and reimburse reasonable return costs when a return is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or card processing may take 5-10 business days after the refund is issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the order was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges and Consumer Rights

Availability cannot be guaranteed for direct exchanges, so a refund and new order may be recommended. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
